1. Material Master Samples

Never rely on a digital screen for colors. We provide physical wood swatches and fabric swatches for on-site approval before the full sample is built.

2. Joint & Structure Detail

For B2B projects, strength is key. Confirm if you need mortise-and-tenon joinery or reinforced steel brackets, especially for student housing or hospitality desks.

3. Hardware Brand & Grade

Will you use DTC, Blum, or generic hardware? Sampling is the time to test the "feel" of drawer slides and hinges under weight.

4. Packaging Check

Request a "Drop Test" report for your sample's packaging. This ensures the design is viable for international container shipping without damage.
